Established in 2019 in the peaceful village of Badarganj, Rangpur, our state-of-the-art integrated dairy farm was created with a clear mission: to develop high-yielding dairy breeds that are perfectly adapted to local conditions while remaining economically viable for farmers across the nation.

Through our strategic partnership with DeLaval, a global leader in dairy farming solutions, we have implemented world-class technologies including advanced automated housing systems, precision farm management solutions, and hygienic milking parlors. Genetic Advancement Program
Our breeding program started with the import of 100% Holstein Friesian pregnant heifers from Australia in 2021 to establish superior genetic lines. We maintain strict breed purity using exclusively 100% Holstein Friesian semen while simultaneously developing resilient crossbreeds with indigenous varieties such as Sahiwal, Red Chittagong Cattle, North Bengal Grey, and Pabna Cattle. This dual breeding strategy enhances disease resistance, improves climate adaptability, and boosts production capacity, and directly addressing Bangladesh’s significant 70% gap between milk supply and demand while reducing reliance on imported powdered milk.
Comprehensive Breeding Solutions
At the heart of our genetic improvement program stands our sophisticated modern bull station, equipped with cutting-edge technology for superior semen production. Our facilities provide a complete range of breeding services including artificial insemination using high-quality semen produced on-site, natural breeding options, and frozen semen production. We maintain a comprehensive genetic performance database certified by NTRC, offering customized breeding solutions to farmers. The bull station enables us to produce high-concentration, high-motility semen that delivers exceptional conception rates, setting new benchmarks in animal genetics across Bangladesh.
Animal Welfare and Nutrition
At EON Bio-Science, animal welfare is paramount. Our cattle enjoy climate-controlled housing environments protected by strict biosecurity protocols and preventive healthcare programs. We implement precision nutrition through Total Mixed Ration (TMR) systems and maintain year-round production of high-quality maize silage to ensure optimal animal health and productivity.
Sustainable Operations
We operate on a circular economy model featuring a biogas plant that converts waste to energy, along with production of vermi-compost and tricho-compost. Our commitment to sustainability includes a clear roadmap to achieve carbon negative status by 2030 through innovative methane capture and conversion systems.
Farmer Development Initiatives
We regularly conduct hands-on training workshops, field demonstrations, and knowledge sharing sessions for farmers, covering essential topics such as advanced breeding techniques, animal nutrition, health management, and sustainable farming practices. Premium Dairy Processing
Our milk production process guarantees premium quality through multiple stages: automated DeLaval milking systems ensure zero human contact, followed by immediate pasteurization and BSTI-compliant cold chain storage. We offer a diverse product range including fresh and pasteurized milk, skim milk, and dairy products such as cheese, butter, ghee, and paneer – all produced to the highest quality standards.
