What began as a journey in animal health products has evolved into a multi-dimensional group, driving innovation across aquaculture, agro-industries, food technology, agri-mechanization, and IT.

Azizul Bari (Sheepu)
Advisor, Business Strategy, Eon Group of Industries
Azizul Bari (Sheepu) is an experienced business leader and strategic advisor with cross-sector expertise spanning education, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and consumer businesses. As Advisor, Business Strategy at Eon Group of Industries, he supports corporate growth, governance, and long-term value creation across the Group.
He also serves as Advisor to the Board of Trustees of Sonargaon University, and as Director of Ion Live Science Limited and TIMS Pharmaceuticals Limited. In addition, he is the Owner of Sadia Fashion Wear, reflecting his strong entrepreneurial background.
Dr. M. Gulam Hussain
Chief Adviser, Aquaculture Genetics
Dr. M. Gulam Hussain is a nationally and internationally recognized fisheries and aquaculture geneticist with decades of leadership in research and sector development.
He currently serves as Chief Adviser, Aquaculture Genetics at Eon Aquaculture Limited, a sister concern of Eon Group of Industries.
He previously served as Director General of the Bangladesh Fisheries Research Institute and as Asia Regional Coordinator for the Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Fish. A pioneer in aquaculture genetics, he led the development of improved strains including GIFT tilapia, genetically improved silver barb, and rohu, and collaborated extensively with WorldFish, FAO, and the European Union.
Dr. Md. Ainul Haque
Adviser, Cattle Genetics
Dr. Md. Ainul Haque is a highly respected livestock professional with over 36 years of experience in Bangladesh’s livestock sector. He holds a DVM, MSc, and PGD from Germany, specializing in Artificial Insemination (AI), Reproduction & Breeding, and Embryo Transfer (ET).
He served as Director General (Retired) of the Department of Livestock Services and as National Coordinator, UNIDO Bangladesh, contributing to national and internationally supported livestock development programs. Currently, he advises Eon Bio Science Limited (EBSL) on cattle genetics, providing strategic and technical guidance for sustainable dairy and livestock advancement.
Advocate Md. Nazrul Islam Khan
Advisor, Legal and Litigation
Advocate Md. Nazrul Islam Khan is a distinguished corporate law specialist and a practicing advocate at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He has extensive experience in handling complex corporate, commercial, and litigation matters, with a strong record of success.
He is the Founder and Lead Counsel of Corporate Legal Solutions, providing comprehensive legal advisory and consultancy services to businesses. An accomplished speaker and mentor on business laws, he is also a regular freelance contributor on corporate legal and governance issues. As Advisor, Legal and Litigation, he supports Eon Group with strategic legal counsel and risk management.
